I walked 13km yesterday. Got a weekend metro pass to bus to the Jean-Talon Market to get some groceries. Came back, and then head out again on the metro and got off a station called Côte-des-Neiges and have a sighting of the Oratoire St. Joseph. Then I decided to go hiking at the Mont-Royal. The serenity of the trail really helped to relax me from the expectation at work. I listen to my music the entire walk in the afternoon, a mix collection of classical violin, Faroe island  folk music, and mandarin-pop ballad. It a great walk for a spiritual recharge. Next time I hike, I am not going to keep checking my location on the GPS. I am just going to let myself be free and walking all over the place until it's time to go home. :)
